In the interests of safety, you must undertake to follow the advice of your guide and any warning or advisory notices encountered during any activity, follow the Country Code and act prudently at all times.

We do not accept any liability for any loss or injury however caused. We strongly recommend that you take out appropriate personal accident insurance and cancellation insurance. It is covered for Public Liability. Whilst we take every reasonable care we cannot be responsible for your own illness or injury during a break. We regret we cannot accept any liability for any loss, damage or injury resulting from “force majeure” (for example, war, threat of war, riots, civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural or nuclear disasters, fire or adverse weather conditions, level of water in rivers or other similar events beyond our control.) You are also responsible for any damage or loss caused by you or any member of your group and indemnify us against any claims (including legal costs) subsequently made against us as a result of your actions.

Your contract with us and any matters arising from it shall be subject to local law and to the jurisdiction of the local Courts.
